摘要 当前，我国我国建筑业蓬勃发展，建筑业产值持续增加，建筑施工企业采取装配式生产战略，运用装配式方法进行施工，可以提高企业的竞争力，降低施工成本，缩短施工工期，对于国家推行建筑工业化、绿色施工具有一定的意义。但是由于受到建国以来传统施工方法的制约使得我国装配式生产方法相较于欧美等发达国家有一定的差距，传统建筑思想制约着企业向装配式生产战略转型。这些问题阻碍着我国建筑工业化的发展，不利于我国现代化的发展。 本文对于传统建筑企业向装配式生产战略转型这一问题进行深入研究。首先对于装配式生产战略和企业转型的相关理论进行概述，然后随之分析我国传统建筑施工企业存在的一系列问题，并对这些问题产生的原因进行分析，最后运用万科企业承建的龙华新区梅林关这一项目进行案例的分析和总结。据此对我国传统建筑施工企业向装配式生产战略转型提出参考，为更好的适应我国建筑工业化、绿色施工的发展提供有效的策略，为建筑施工企业更好的发展提供建议，以此来赢得国家和企业自身的双赢。 关键词：装配式生产 企业转型 建筑工业化 装配式建筑 Abstract At present, Chinas construction industry is booming, the output value of the construction industry continues to increase, the construction enterprises adopt the assembly production strategy, using the assembly method for construction, can improve the competitiveness of enterprises, reduce the construction cost, shorten the construction period, which has a certain significance for the implementation of construction industrialization and green construction. However, due to the constraints of traditional construction methods since the founding of the peoples Republic of China, there is a certain gap between Chinas assembly production methods and those of developed countries such as Europe and the United States. The traditional architectural thinking restricts the transformation of enterprises to assembly production strategy. These problems hinder the development of Chinas construction industrialization and are not conducive to the development of Chinas modernization. This paper makes an in-depth study on the transformation of traditional construction enterprises to assembly production strategy. First of all, the assembly production strategy and the theory of enterprise transformation are summarized, then a series of problems of traditional construction enterprises in China are analyzed, and the causes of these problems are analyzed.
