毕业设计(论文) 题 目: 民营企业文化建设存在的问题及对策分析——以华为公司为例 摘 要 随着中国市场经济的飞速发展,民营企业的规模不断扩大,企业文化建设对民营企业做大做强的重要性也日益凸显。作为我国代表性的民营企业之一,华为企业的企业文化建设固然取得了一定的成绩,但还存在着功利性、保守性、表面化等不足,华为企业管理者对于企业文化建设的认识存在误区,华为高层虽然提出了文字性的经营理念或价值观等,但过于注重表面的形式化而忽视了文化的内涵建设,企业文化无法发挥其应有的作用。 民营企业的生存和发展离不开企业文化的建设,文化建设的成果将直接影响企业的持续发展,华为企业文化建设的存在弊端已经成为企业进一步发展的阻碍。对华为企业文化建设的调整与优化已势在必行,只有切实加强企业文化建设,与时俱进,才能使企业有凝聚力和竞争力。本文从民营企业文化建设的角度,以华为为例依据该企业文化建设的成果,分析其在企业文化建设上的优势以及不足之处,并为华为企业的文化建设提出相应的优化策略。 关键词:民营企业;华为企业;文化建设;优化策略 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of Chinas market economy, the scale of private enterprises has continued to expand, and the importance of corporate culture construction to become bigger and stronger for private enterprises has become increasingly prominent. As one of the representative private enterprises in China, Huaweis corporate culture construction has certainly achieved certain results, but there are still utilitarian, conservative, and superficial deficiencies. Huawei enterprise managers have misunderstandings about corporate culture construction. Although Huaweis top management has proposed a textual business philosophy or values, it has paid too much attention to the formalization of the surface and neglected the cultural connotation construction. The corporate culture cannot play its due role. The survival and development of private enterprises are inseparable from the construction of corporate culture. The achievements of cultural construction will directly affect the sustainable development of enterprises. The shortcomings of Huaweis corporate culture construction have become obstacles to the further development of enterprises. It is imperative to adjust and optimize the corporate culture of Huawei. Only by strengthening the construction of corporate culture and advancing with the times can enterprises be cohesive and competitive. From the perspective of private enterprise culture construction, this paper takes Huawei as an example to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the corpora
