毕业论文（设计） 浅析上海苏宁物流自动化设备维修 浅析上海苏宁物流自动化设备维修存在的问题及对策 摘 要 随着我国经济的快速发展，市场竞争越来越激烈，物流自动化设备的设计方面也越发强调模块化、系统化和通用化，以提高产品质量、降低制造成本、缩短物流配送时间。上海苏宁仓库自动化具有6公里输送机、6000组DPS电子标签播种墙、一套总长300米的交叉带分拣机，以一套智能化WCS控制系统等软硬件设备。目前上海苏宁物流基地已经成为苏宁集团继南京、北京、广州后第四个落地自动化的物流基地。 本文通过对上海苏宁进行实习了解，发现关于上海苏宁物流对于自动化设备方面有些问题，并以此为基础，发现问题、分析问题、解决问题，从根本上去解决物流自动化设备维修中所存在的问题，提高维修效率。 关键词：上海苏宁 自动化设备 维修 Operation of Suning Logistics Automation Equipment Abstact：With the rapid development of our economy, the market cometition is becoming more and more fierce.Logistics infrastructure implementation equipment has also been upgraded.The emphasis on modularization in product design is systematic and universal.To improve product quality, reduce manufacturing cost and shorten logistics delivery time.Shanghai Suning Warehouse Automation has 6 km Conveyor.6000 sets of DPSelectronic label seeding wall,A set cross-belt sorter with a totle length of 300 meters.software and harware equipment such as an intelligent WCS control system.Shanghai Suning logistics base has become the fourth automatic logistics base after Nanjing, Beijing and Guangzhou. In this paper,It is found that there are some problems about Shang Hai Suning Logistics regarding automaiton equipment. and on this basis, we find problems, analyze problems, solve problems, fundamentally solve the problems in the process of delivery and improve the efficiency of delivery.
