毕业设计(论文) 论文题目 如何有效进行工程造价控制--以董邦 A1 安置房项目为例 摘 要 在经济新常态之下,我国宏观经济以供给侧为攻,以需求侧为守。中央一方面是要完成供给侧改革,去杠杆、去库存和去产能,包括建筑业在内的实业面临巨大挑战;另一方面中央也在适时的通过需求侧来进行平衡。 政府贯彻寻求稳步发展的宏观经济政策基调。通过总需求的适度扩大,它继续采取积极的财政政策和审慎的货币政策,以促进国民经济的持续稳定发展。政府投资项目是政府适度扩大总需求的良方,也是社会关注的热点。在受到舆论监督的同时,它们在市场中起着指导作用。因此,如何控制政府投资项目的建设成本,避免国家资金的流失具有重要意义。在政府的鼓励和引导下,政府投资的非经营性项目的主要管理模式已逐渐由代建制模式主导,但代建制在项目整个生命周期的控制成本尚未成熟。在新的经济形势下,代建单位的竞争越来越激烈。如何做好政府投资项目的全生命周期工程造价控制和管理,是代建单位必须竞争生存空间的关键。 本文以董邦A1安置房项目工程造价的管理和实施为着眼点,探究了工程造价管理存在的不合理之处及其可能的原因,并针对问题的存在,提出了一系列建议,主要目的为提高我国工程造价的有效管理和控制提供经验,工程造价需要整顿,不是简单的事情。 关键词 董邦A1安置房项目;政府投资项目;工程造价控制 Abstract Under the new economic normal, Chinas macro-economy takes the supply side as the attack and the demand side as the defense. On the one hand, the central government wants to complete the supply side reform, deleveraging, de stocking and de capacity, and industries including the construction industry are facing great challenges; on the other hand, the central government is also timely balancing through the demand side. The government carries out the macroeconomic policy keynote of seeking steady development. Through the moderate expansion of aggregate demand, it continues to adopt active fiscal policy and prudent monetary policy to promote the sustainable and stable development of the national economy. Government investment projects are not only a good way for the government to moderately expand the total demand, but also a hot topic of social concern. They play a guiding role in the market while being supervised by public opinion. Therefore, how to control the construction cost of government invested projects and avoid the loss of state funds is of great significance. Under the encouragement and guidance of the government, the main management mode of non operating projects invested by the government has gradually been dominated by the agent construction mode, but the control cost of agent construction in the whole life cycle of the project is not mature.
