PAGE 本科生毕业论文（设计） 渭南市天然气利用工程项目融资模式分析 PAGE 3 摘 要 首先，这篇文章就是为了介绍渭南市的天然气项目在使用PPP模式下，该企业的融资背景以及具体的情况，还有在这个天然气项目中的具体运营情况。经过对该项目融资模式情况的分析可以看出，渭南市政府对于企业改制及渭南市天然气利用工程项目建设所选择的融资模式产生了重要影响，同时还对天然气项目在建设的过程中利用BOT模式融资中所出现的问题进行了分析，还研究了企业的现代化改造、特许经营模式以及股权式融资模式在现代企业中对于企业发展和融资的重要作用，最后，还介绍了通过该项目所获得的对于相关项目融资模式发展的启示。 关键词：渭南市天然气利用工程 特许经营 BOT模式 Abstract First of all, this paper is to introduce the financing background and specific situation of weinan natural gas project under the PPP mode, as well as the specific operation situation in this natural gas project.
