PAGE I- PAGE I - PAGE I 幸福家园住宅小区7号楼土建施工图预算 摘 要 工程量清单采用综合单价进行计价。综合单价是指完成一个规定计量单位的分部分项工程量清单项目或措施清单项目所需的人工费、材料费、施工机械使用费和企业管理费与利润，以及一定范围内的风险费用。工程量清单计价的过程可以分为两个阶段工程量清单的编制和利用工程量清单来编制投标报价（或招标控制价)。 招标控制价是根据国家或省级、行业建设主管部门颁发的有关计价依据和办法，按设计施工图纸计算的，对招标工程限定的最高工程造价。招标控制价包括分部分项工程费、措施项目费、其他项目费、规费、税金。本设计的主要内容为幸福家园住宅小区7#楼建筑预算编制。 本设计从幸福家园住宅小区的设计施工图纸和有关资料入手，工程建筑总面积为8172.65㎡。根据《混凝士结构施工图平面整体表示法制图规则和构造详图》(16G101-1、2、3图集)和《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》（GB50500-2013）的规则计算出钢筋、混凝土等各分部分项工程量，并列出工程量清单。然后在此基础上，按照河北省建设工程计价依据《河北省建筑工程消耗量定额》（2012）、河北省2012年计价依据相配套的费用标准和当地政策性文件计算出相应的招标控制价，并列出招标控制价、工程量清单计价表以及综合单价分析表。最后，依据以上数据内容对本设计进行造价指标分析。 关键词：工程量清单；招标控制价；综合单价；造价指标 - - PAGE III - Abstract The bill of quantities is valued using a combined unit price.
