With the rapid increase of the number of various education and training institutions, the market share has expanded. In the face of such fierce competition, whoever can win the loyalty of customers will be the last winner. Cultivating loyal customer groups and maintaining a good and stable relationship with customers are the ways for enterprises to obtain stable and long-term profits.Therefore, the enterprise must constantly maintain the existing customers, meet the needs of existing customers, improve customer satisfaction, win customer loyalty, and lay the foundation for the long-term and stable development of the enterprise. Based on the summary of the related concepts of customer relationship management, this paper analyzes the problems and causes in customer relationship management of scholar education and training institutions, and puts forward the ideas and specific implementation strategies to solve the problems, so as to realize the sustainable development of scholar education and training institutions.
