摘要 屮小企业在国民经济屮占冇重耍的地位，然而其存在着巨大的生存压力，电子商务 给中小企业带来了难得的机遇，因此中小企业需耍依靠电了商务來获得门身发展。应用 模式是企业开展电子商务面临的一个重要问题，有许多应用模式的提击用来解决企业应 用电子商务中的问题，但这些并不是完全针对中小企业的，中小企业要根拯实际情况进 行选择。 这篇论文首先概括性的讲述了中小企业的地位及其生命力，电子商务对中小企业的 支持；然后着重介绍中小金业的定义，电子商务的儿种常见应用模式；接着列举应用模 式的选择因素和分类标准；随后提出了切合屮小企业实际的电子商务应用模式和实现策 略；在论文的最后，对屮小金业电子商务的应用模式进行总结和提出应用模式的不足及 创新之处。 齐种电了商务应用模式都有其口身的优点与发展，中小企业只有选择合适的应用模 式，通过各方面不断的完善，才能经受市场的考验。总的來说，中小企业必须人力发展 电子商务，选择合适的应用模式，让电子商务水平能上一个新的台阶。 关键词：中小企业；电了商务；应用模式 Abstract SMEs play an important role in the national economy, however there are tremendous survival pressures for SMEs, e-commerce brings a rare opportunity for SMEs. Thus, SMEs need to rely on e-commerce to gain its own development. Application model is a major problem that enterprises are facing when they implement e-commerce, many application models are proposed to deal with the problems that enterprises encountered on the application of e-commerce, but not all of them are entirely fit for SMEs, the SMEs should choose application model according to their actual situation. In this paper, the author firstly describes the general status and vitality of the SMEs and e-commerce9s support to SMEs; then the author gives the definition of SMEs and several common e-commerce application models; and then the author particularizes the selection factors and classification standards of application model; subsequently the author raises the actual e-commerce application model for SMEs and achievement strategy; In the final papers, the author sums up the application model of e-commerce for SMEs and proposes deficiencies and innovation of application model. Every e-commerce application model has its own advantage and development. In order to withstand the tribulation of the market, SMEs must choose a suitable application model and improve continuously. All in a word, only when SMEs develop e-commerce vigorously and choose suitable application model, e-commerce of SMEs can go up to a new level. Key words： SMEs; E-commerce; Application model
