Although after the research and development of technical personnel, cutting efficiency and product quality has improved, but there is still a certain gap compared with the production level of foreign countries. The topic of this paper is the mechanical design of the round steel bar shear machine. Round steel bar shearing machine is a belt wheel drive bar through the belt, the cutting device drops, can gradually touch the top of the round steel bar, when the device reaches the limit switch position, the limit switch will monitor the control transfer to stop signal. In this case, the traction system and the focusing systems engines stop spinning, and two electric motors drive the cutting system and the conveyer to start spinning. When it is necessary to close the operation, close the cutting tool in the direction of movement, and the blade contacting the round steel bar will be stopped until it is cut off.
