PAGE PAGE 17 摘 要 随着我国社会的不断发展和综合国力与科技的不断提高，装配式建筑以其科学环保，绿色可持续，安全高效等特点与近些年来与国家大力提出的“推进绿色发展”相辅成。但是对比亚欧美的一些发达国家，我国在进入21世纪以来的几十年的发展中，装配式建筑行业的发展仍处于较为初步起步阶段，在工程技术、建筑结构、行业规划和政策推广等方面存在着诸多不足。我国装配式建筑比例占全国建筑比例低，普及率较低，说明装配式建筑在我国推行还是存在一定难度和存在一定的制约因素的。本文着力于通过对比国内外装配建筑的发展现状从而研究目前国内装配式建筑的现状，通过文献对比查阅和大量的文献综合整理分析的方法分析出目前制约我国装配式建筑发展的主要因素，同时针对提出的制约因素提出相关的解决办法和对策建议。 关键词：装配式建筑；制约因素；对策建议 Abstract With the continuous development of Chinas society and the continuous improvement of comprehensive national strength and science and technology, prefab buildings are complementary to the promoting green development vigorously put forward by the country in recent years due to their scientific and environmental protection, green, sustainable, safe and efficient characteristics.However, for some developed countries in Europe, biya and the United States, Chinas prefab construction industry is still in a relatively preliminary stage of development in the decades of development since the beginning of the 21st century, with many deficiencies in engineering technology, building structure, industry planning and policy promotion.The proportion of prefabricated buildings in China is low, and the penetration rate is low, which indicates that there are some difficulties and constraints in the implementation of prefabricated buildings in China.This paper focus on comparing assembly construction development present situation at home and abroad in order to study the current situation of domestic prefabricated construction, by comparison with literature and a large number of literatures analysis method of comprehensive analysis of the main factors restricting the development of prefabricated construction in our country at present, and at the same time, in view of the proposed constraints related solutions and Suggestions are put forward.
