PAGE 22 北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文 PAGE 1 中山睿茗智能装备有限公司仓储管理问题研究 摘 要 在长时间内，中国的仓储管理一直是自给自足的劳动技术密集型服务行业，仓库中大量作业都需要大批劳动力来完成。中国政府为了迅速改善这个落后的现状，提出一方面可以改造旧仓库，增加资金对于设施的投入，完善各方面的设施，减少工人的劳动量，对人才进行相关技术的培训，另一方面，为提高企业仓储技术水平，引进国外先进技术，建成一批现代化的智能仓库。1960年代后，在网络世界市场经济持续发展的影响下，该仓库开放了多功能信息。化工仓储的新领域已成为中国生产，分销和加工的纽带。 特别是在大型自动化仓库出现之后，仓库的存储技术水平进入了一个新阶段。 本文对睿茗公司企业当前仓储成本管理系统进行研究分析，发现了一味提升机械化和自动化控制水平致使无法及时让仓储资源管理信息技术可以得到社会发展；人员流动性大致使专业知识人才的缺失；没有因地制宜制定适合中国公司的仓储物流管理工作制度；由于仓库面积小且得不到正确规划而造成利用率低等的问题。通过数据收集，调查和分析，个案调查方法，联系实际提出优化策略相结合的理论。通过对仓储管理信息化的优化降低了企业仓储物流作业的错误率，提高企业仓储作业的效率，睿茗公司仓储工作效率的提升、改革化的举措使睿茗公司提升了自己的核心仓储技术实力和其在市场上的竞争力。 关键词：睿茗公司；仓储管理；仓库布局；优化 Research and analysis on warehouse management of zhongshan ruiming intelligent equipment co., LTD Abstract For a long time, warehouse management in China has been a self-sufficient, labor-intensive service industry, requiring large Numbers of workers to complete a large number of tasks in warehouses.
