PAGE 34 摘 要 随着我国经济社会的发展，建筑行业中投资高、周期长、规模大的项目不断增加，这给了EPC模式广泛的应用空间。在EPC模式中，进度的有效控制是影响项目效益的重要因素，本文在结合之前的进度控制方法，利用挣值法成本和进度结合的特点对EPC项目进行进度控制。 本文首先通过查阅文献资料，归纳总结了挣值法的基本理论，对挣值法和其它一般项目常用的进度管理方法进行比较分析，突出挣值法运用于EPC项目的优越性。其次，分析了EPC总承包模式的特点和进度管理的现状，阐述了挣值法运用于EPC项目的可行性。然后，以项目工作分解为基础，建立挣值法运用与EPC项目的模型。最后，运用某地铁施工段项目分析挣值法在EPC模式下的应用效果，为EPC模式下挣值法的应用提供实际依据。 关键词：EPC项目；挣值法；进度控制；措施建议 Abstract With the development of Chinas economy and society, the projects with high investment, long cycle and large scale in the construction industry are increasing, which provides a wide range of application space for the EPC model. In the EPC model, the effective control of progress has an important influence on the project income essential factor. In this paper, we use the previous schedule control methods, combined with the characteristics of earned cost and schedule, to control the schedule of EPC project. In this paper, first of all, the literature is consulted, the basic theory of income method is summed up, and the progress management methods commonly used in income method and other general projects are compared and analyzed, highlighting the excellence of applying value method to EPC projects, followed by epic general contracting mode This paper analyzes the characteristics and progress management status, discusses the feasibility of using value method cloud in EPC project, establishes earned legal application and EPC project model on the basis of project work breakdown, and finally uses the project in specific subway construction stage Therefore, the application effect of income method in EPC model is analyzed to provide practical basis for the application of income method in EPC model.
