However, Compared with foreign differential development and research, domestic differentials needs to be improved. So, this design project is coming from this, for a specific model to do Torsen’s differential design and simulation. The specific requirements of the design are to design a differential structure and the corresponding size, and motion simulation. For this design, I have done a lot of works. Through a large number of literatures, Analyzing the development and research level of foreign and domestic .Understanding the structure, principle, species of differentials. I have an knowledge of advantage and disadvantage of each differential. So I choose the torsen differential to do this design. I had designed its structure and corresponding size, did the simulation with the software of Solid works. Key words Tors
