摘要 随着我国社会高度信息化，新的高科技技术不断应用到各个方面中，使得 智能化已成为一种发展的必然趋势。智能化也往往是从设备自动化系统开始。 PLC 控制系统取代了继电器电路的逻辑控制，不仅提高了控制系统的精度与速 度，也增加了控制系统设计的灵活性，使硬件设计变成软件设计。因此采用基 于 PLC 的控制系统是中央空调智能化的一种趋势。 本文设计了由变频器、PLC、数模转换模块等组成的温差闭环控制在中央空 调控制系统。控制系统的参数显示与修改、工作方式切换、故障报警由触摸屏 控制。系统的运行与控制都可以由修改软件程序完成，简化了操作柜设计， 控制过程更加智能化。 关键字：中央空调 控制系统 PLC 智能化 Abstract As Chinas highly information-oriented society continues to develop, the new high-tech technology continues to be applied to various aspects ,which makes intelligence become an inevitable trend of development. Also intelligence begins from equipment automation system. PLC control system to replace the logic control relay circuit, not only improve the accuracy and speed control systems, but also increases the flexibility of the control system design, hardware design into software design to make. Therefore, the use of PLC based central air conditioning control system is an intelligent trend. This paper designs temperature difference from the inverter, PLC, digital to analog conversion modules and other components of the closed-loop control in the central air- conditioning control system.The parameter display and modify of control system, work mode switching and fault alarm are all controlled by the touch screen.The operation and the control of system can be done by modifying software program,which simplifies the design of operation cabinet and make the control process more intelligent.
