四川省工作犬恶丝虫流行病学及 临床治疗研究 中文摘要z 本试验研究的主要目的是调查四川省工作犬恶丝虫的流行状况:预防药物的筛选 及成虫的拍疗.从四川省的成都、德阳、绵阳、乐山、宜宾、阿坝六地的 128 头工作 犬(包括警犬和护卫犬)中采集 128 份血样，用改良 Knott s 法和ELISA 快速检测 试剂盒分别进lf犬恶丝虫微丝蝴和雌性成虫的检测，其感染率分别为 5.47%和 20.31 %.证明四川是i在病的流行区域.然后将 ELISA 快速检测试剂盒检测为阳性的 24 头 用硫脚散版纳驰杀犬恶丝虫成虫， 5 个月后 ELISA 检测只有 1 头犬为阳性.将 ELISA 检测为阴性的 80 头犬随机分为四组，分别用色拉菌素、依维菌素、阿维菌素、左旋 眯哗进行预防犬恶丝虫的效果比较，最后发现色拉菌素和阿维菌素预防效果最好，依 维菌素真次，左脸咪吨最差. 关键词:工作犬z 恶丝虫z 改良 Kr川t s 法; ELISA 试剂盒:预防z 治疗 H Prevalence survey and clinical investigation of dirofilariasis immitis in working dog From sichuang Abstract The objectives of the study were 协描sess the current status of dirofilaria ímmitis infection， ωertain the abílity of medicine to prevent diro.斤laria ímmitis and adulticide therapy. Blood sample from 128 working dogs were detect dirofilaria ímmìtis using a modified Knotts test and an antigen-detecting enzyme-linked inununosorbent assay (E LlSA) kit, respectively. Dirofilaría immitis infection w码也Wld in 5.47% using moditied Knons test and 20 .31% using ELISA kit. Heartworm was more in dogs aged 5 years old above. Twenty four asymptomatic dogs which were detected positive using ELISA kit were elimination the adult heartwonn with thiacetarsamide sodium. After 5 months , using ELISA detect, 23 dogs were found negative , one dogs were positive . 80 dogs which were detected negative in ELlSA were divided ínto fo田 groups and adminis阳 selarmectin， lvermectin , Avermecti n, levamisole , respectively.
