毕~俗久 摘要 在本设计中，详细阐述了浮法工艺退火窑初步设计，其中有退火窑的产生、发展和国内外的 现状，并做了相应的比较。 同时还对退火窑的结构分区和各分区的工艺计算进行了相应的描述。结构分区部分主要是针 对退火窑每个分区的结构，以及每个分区内的加热、冷却装置的布置进行讨论: 工艺计算部分则 是分别对退火窑的 7 个区进行单独的长度计算，然后得到其总长，再根据玻璃原板宽度的生产要 求确定返火窑的内外宽度。 关键词:浮法玻璃;退火窑;永久应力;暂时应力 第 I 页 毕~俗久 Abstract In this design, has elaborated the preliminary design ofthe annealing kiln ofthe float glass, including the selection of annealing kiln, development and the current situation at home and abroad, and the corresponding comparisons.
