积极心理资本与人际关系的相关研究--以高二学生为例
摘要:本研究探讨了高二学生积极心理资本与人际关系之间的关系。用了随机派放问卷的方式在阳春市一中抽取高二年级的被试,本研究采用《人际关系综合诊断量表》和《积极心理资本问卷》两个量表对278名高二年级学生进行问卷调查研究。根据研究结果得出如下结论:
(1)高二学生的积极心理资本和人际关系大致上处于中等水平。
(2)高二学生在性别上的积极心理资本与人际关系都不存在明显的差异。
(3)心理资本总分以及自我效能、希望和乐观三个维度与人际关系总分及其四个维度,交谈困扰、交际与交友困扰、待人接物困扰和异性交往困扰均呈现显著的正相关;积极心理资本中的韧性维度与人际关系总分及其各维度呈负相关。
(4)高二学生的积极心理资本能够正向预测其人际关系。其回归方程是:y=5.76+0.14x。

Research on Positive Psychological Capital and Interpersonal Relationship
Abstract:This study explores the role of senior 2 students and the variables studied are the relationship between positive psychological capital and interpersonal relationships.The subjects were selected by random sampling from YangChun city No.1 Middle School, a total of 350 students were investigated with the comprehensive diagnostic scale of interpersonal relationship and the positive psychological capital questionnaire.The results of the study found that :
(1)Senior 2 students positive psychological capital and interpersonal relationships are generally at a medium level.
(2)In the second year of senior high school, there is no significant difference in positive psychological capital and interpersonal relationship between genders.
(3)The total score of psychological capital and self-efficacy, hope and optimism dimensions and the total score of interpersonal relationship and its four dimensions, and the disturbance of conversation, communication and friendship, the disturbance of dealing with others and the disturbance of heterosexual communication are all significantly positively correlated. The resilience dimension of positive psychological capital is negatively correlated with the total score of interpersonal relationship and the dimensions of interpersonal relationship.
(4)The positive psychological capital of senior high school sophomores can predict their interpersonal relationships in a positive direction.The regression equation is y=5.76+0.14x.
