College students are the hope and future of the nation. Only by mental health of college students, can the country become richer and stronger, and the nation can be rejuvenated. Therefore, to solve the psychological problems of college students. A large number of studies and surveys show that the mental health of contemporary college students is rather severe. Quite a few of them suffer from various adverse reactions and adjustment disorders, some even to a more serious level. This paper includes three parts, according to the relevant theories of psychology and pedagogy, combined with the related literature at home and abroad, put forward the meaning, research on the psychological problems of college students, college students have poor psychological quality, psychological pressure, we
