. . . -可修编. 毕业设计〔论文〕 我国制造企业实施ERP存在的问题与对策 选读专业__信息管理与信息系统 _ 摘 要 改革开放以来，我国逐渐成为世界制造工厂，制造业也成为了我国国民经济开展的主要增长点之一。在企业竞争空前剧烈和信息化快速开展的今天，制造企业的信息化程度也直接影响到企业的生存和开展。实施ERP系统是企业信息化的重要表达和途径，因此，许多企业都想通过实施ERP系统来提高企业的综合竞争力。 但是,当前我国企业实施ERP系统仍然困难重重,失败案例也屡见不鲜。本文将研究我国制造企业实施ERP系统过程中存在的问题，分析其中原因并提出有效实施ERP系统的对策和建议。这对我国制造企业成功实施ERP系统和提高信息化程度有重要的现实意义。 关键字：ERP实施, 制造企业, 对策 注：本设计〔论文〕题目来源于教师的国家级〔或部级、省级、厅级、市级、校级、企业〕科研工程，工程编号为：自选。 Abstract As China has bee the manufacturing center of the world since the reform and opening up, manufacturing industry plays an important role in Chinese national economic development. With tough petitive businesses petition and rapid development of informatization, the informatization levels has a direct influence on the survival and the development of enterprises. ERP system is a main way toimprove the informatization degree so that many enterprises would like to install ERP system to perfect their colligate strength. However, at present, installing ERP is still difficult and there are such kinds of examples in our life. This paper tries to find out the problems of using ERP system and deeply analyzes the reasons of that, and some meaningful countermeasures and suggestions have been provided to improve the effective implementation of the ERP system.
