基于可持续发展的企业绩效评价系统研究 ——以中国移动昆山有限公司为例 摘 要 可持续发展战略是当今世界共同选择的发展战略。但是，许多企业缺乏一 套基于可持续发展战略的绩效评价体系。通过对中国移动昆山有限公司的绩效 评价进行分析，针对绩效评价体系不完善的问题提出修改建议，从而完善可持 续发展的企业绩效评价系统。首先系统的介绍了可持续发展理论的形成与其内 涵；企业绩效评价的概念及其基本特征和我国实施的情况。并介绍了该公司的 发展历程及其经营范围，并对其现行的绩效评价体系进行了说明。然后通过分 析该公司的绩效评价发现其存在诸多普遍问题，并对问题产生的原因进行了解 释。最后基于可持续发展战略，通过经济绩效、生态绩效、社会绩效评价模 型，对指标框架及其权重作出规定。并提出几点要求。 关键词：可持续发展；绩效评价；经济绩效；生态绩效；社会绩效 ABSTRACT The strategy of sustainable development is the development strategy of the world. However, many companies lack a performance evaluation system based on sustainable development strategies.Through the analysis of the performance evaluation of China Mobile Kunshan Co., Ltd., it proposes amendments to the problem of imperfect performance evaluation system, thereby improving the sustainable development of corporate performance evaluation system.First of all, it systematically introduces the formation and connotation of the sustainable development theory; the concept and basic characteristics of the enterprise performance evaluation and the implementation in China. It also introduced the companys development history and business scope, and explained its current performance evaluation system.Then by analyzing the performance evaluation of the company, it found that there are many common problems, and explained the reasons for the problem.Finally, based on the sustainable development strategy, through economic performance, ecological performance, social performance evaluation model.
