摘 要
随着社会的发展, 企业越来越重视人才的储备和培养。规范化地进行人员招聘与配置,有利于增强企业的凝聚力,增强员工的归属感,使企业在面对多变的市场环境时能够及时有效地作出应对。近年来,校园招聘成为各类企业引进人才的重要途径。尤其对于民营中小企业来说,应届毕业生可塑性强、理论知识过硬,能够为企业注入新鲜的血液,从而促进企业蓬勃发展。因此,校园招聘备受中小企业的青睐。然而由于企业宣传形式过于单一、企业激励力度不够等多种原因,中小企业校园招聘的结果并未达到理想化。
本文采用文献研究以及问卷调查的方法,针对沈阳民营中小企业在校园招聘过程中存在的问题进行归纳总结,结合问卷调查的结果对沈阳民营中小企业在校园招聘中存在问题的原因进行深层、全面的分析,并结合沈阳民营中小企业的实际经营状况,以及当前校园招聘的开展情况,探索出能够缓解和改善沈阳民营中小企业在校园招聘中存在问题的解决方案,从多个角度给出解决问题的合理化建议。

Abstract
With the development of the society,companies start attaching importance to recruitment and staff training gradually.Normative recruitment and configuration of staff can increase the cohesion of the company,which can make staffs overcome difficulties together.In recent years,campus recruitment becomes an important channel for attracting talent to the various companies gradually.Especially,to privately-owned small and medium enterprises,fresh graduates have solid professional knowledge and they can learn new things as soon as possible.In addition,recent graduates participation can add vitality to the companies,which can make the companies flourish.Thus,campus recruitment is extremely popular with privately -owned small and medium enterprises.However,as the reason of the form of publicity is always sole and many other realistic problems,the consequence of campus recruitment to privately -owned small and medium enterprises is not as perfect as anticipate.
The research on the problem of campus recruitment to privately-owned small and medium enterprises of Shenyang was conducted by the methods of literature research, investigation. According to the result of the investigation,we try to make profound analysis of the cause of these problems.Then combined with the actual management situation of privately-owned small and medium enterprises of Shenyang,and the actual situation of the campus recruitment,put forward the solution of the problem on campus recruitment to privately-owned small and medium enterprises of Shenyang,and propose rationali
