现场管理在富士康集团有限公司的应用研究.pdf

摘要 现场管理对一个企业来说至关重要，是维持企业长远发展的根本。尤其在二 十一世纪，每个企业都面临着巨大的挑战。对于制造业而言，生产现场就是整个活 动的中心，也是一个企业可以生存下去的重要体现。现场管理主要包括五个生产要 素：人（操作者和管理者），机（设备），料（物料），法（工艺、检测方法），环 （环境），可以使用工业工程的理论和方法对这五个要素进行分析。现场管理在企 业中是一线的综合管理，对加工制造企业来说有着重要的意义。随着社会竞争的日 益激烈，企业对自己管理水平的要求也在不断提高。 本文通过对新郑富士康车间生产现场的现状分析，发现 MLB （手机主板）制 造车间和 IQC （进料控制）部门存在的一些问题，提出解决方案，最后得出改善效 果。比如：以 IQC 部门检验手机麦克风性能这一作业为研究对象，利用了工业工程 中的人机作业方法进行分析，并结合“5W1H”提问对现行方法进行改善，从而对该 作业的检验工序进行改进，得到了更加合理的作业方式，使人机配合更加高效。通 过对现场五个生产要素的改善，达到提高生产水平，减少人员作业浪费，增加企业 的竞争力，提高企业效益的目的。 关键词:现场管理，研究，优化 Abstract Site management is very important to an enterprise, and it is essential to maintain its long-term development. Especially in the 21st century, every enterprise faces great challenges. For the manufacturing industry, the production site is the center of the whole activity and also an important embodiment of an enterprises survival.
