中小企业融资困难原因分析及对策研究 摘 要: 中小企业是国内社会经济的关键构成部分,在国家经济发展中具有大公司所不能取 代的独特战略位置。作为激活市场的主要动力,容纳国内大部分工作人员,在加快经济发展和处理 就业以及再就业问题的时候,具备重要作用。然而因为公司自身与国内经济制度等相关因素，导 致国内中小公司一般都出现融资艰难问题，在一定程度上限制了国内中小公司的发展。本文主要 研究当前国内中小公司融资问题，且在研究基础上指出合理的处理方案和意见。第一根据实际经 济环境叙述中小公司融资问题；第二研究导致中小公司融资问题的内部以及外部原因，重点体现 在公司本身、金融组织、法律系统不健全等部分。第三，寻找处理国内中小公司融资问题的合理 对策，主要是：提高中小公司本身融资水平，创建多层次融资系统，健全政策和法律系统。 关键词：中小型企业；融资困难；对策建议 Analysis of the Causes of SMEs Financing Difficulty Abstract： Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are an important component of Chinas national economy. They have special strategic status that cannot be replaced by large enterprises in economic and social development. As the basic force of the active market, it accommodates most of the employed people in society and plays an important role in promoting economic growth and solving employment and reemployment. However, due to many reasons, such as the enterprise itself and Chinas economic system, the difficulty of financing in Chinas SMEs has severely constrained the development of SMEs in China. This article intends to analyze the current status of financing difficulties for SMEs in China, and on this basis, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions. Firstly, it elaborates the current status of SME financing in the light of the actual economic environment. Second, it analyzes the internal and external factors that cause SME financing difficulties. It mainly manifests itself in the aspects of the enterprise itself, financial institutions, and the legal system. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for solving the financing problems of Chinas SMEs are proposed, including: strengthening the construction of self-financing capabilities of SMEs, establishing a multi-level financing system, and improving policies and regulations.
