兰州理工大学毕业设计(论文) PAGE 48 摘要 随着世界贸易经济的开放，世界各地著名的汽车企业把目光投向了中国这片沃土，在中国投资建厂。在这种剧烈的市场竞争环境下，本土汽车产业想要保证其原本的市场份额的情况下并有上升趋势的话，就必须通过学习先进的汽车装配工艺，汽车的设计方法及生产管理系统，来提高各个车间的生产效率，从而达到降低成本，提高产量，进而提高企业的市场竞争力，因此对于中国本土汽车制造商来说提高车间生产效率不容置疑。本文主要通过对力帆焊装二车间的生产现状进行工作抽样、流水线平衡分析，针对现行管理下的问题与不足，应用工业工程基础知识主要从人员及设备利用率、班组生产现场布置物流情况、流水线瓶颈作业分析并对工位操作双手动作进行分析改善、中间库存、作业流程等方面进行分析改善,提高车间生产效率。 关键字：生产效率、人员及设备利用率、流水线平衡、物流设施规划 Abstract With the opening up of the world trade and economic, the world famous auto companies focused on China, the fertile soil, the investor puts a factory in China. In the intense market competition environment, nature of the domestic auto industry wants to ensure that under the condition of market share and has a rising trend, we must through learning advanced automobile assembly process, design method of car and the production management system, to improve the production efficiency of the workshop, so as to achieve lower costs, increase production, and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises, thus improve the efficiency of production workshop for Chinese auto makers. This article mainly through to the lifan welding work sampling of the current production of the second workshop, assembly line balance analysis, in view of the existing problems and deficiencies, under the management of application of basic knowledge of industrial engineering major from the scene of the personnel and equipment utilization, shift production logistics, production line bottleneck assignment analysis and analyze the location operation hands action improvement, intermediate inventory, improve the working process and so on carries on the analysis, improve the efficiency of production workshop.
