分经辨证取穴与常规取穴针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果 分经辨证取穴与常规取穴针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果 PAGE / NUMPAGES 分经辨证取穴与常规取穴针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果 分经辨证取穴与惯例取穴针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床成效 [ 纲要 ]目的 商讨分经辨证取穴与惯例取穴针灸治疗 神经根型颈椎病的临床成效。方法 选择 2016 年 1 月～ 2017 年 2 月在我院就诊的 94 例神经根型颈椎病患者，依据随机 数字表法分为察看组和比较组，各 47 例。比较组采纳惯例 取穴针灸治疗，察看组采纳分经辨证取穴针灸治疗，比较两 组的临床疗效、症状及痛苦状况。结果 察看组治疗后的临 床治疗总有效率为 93.62%，症状改良评分为（±）分，明显高于比较组的 78.72%、（±）分；痛苦程度为（±）分，低于比较组的（±）分，差别有统计学意义 （）。结论 相较于惯例取穴针灸而言，分经辨证取穴能明显提升神经根型颈椎病的临床治疗成效， 减少患者痛苦程度，值得临床应用。 [ 重点词 ]神经根型颈椎病；分经辨证取穴；惯例取穴针 灸；经络辨证 [ 中图分类号 ] R681.5+3 [ 文件表记码 ] A [ 文章编号 ] 1674-4721（ 2017） 09（c） -0089-03 [Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effect of differentiation and selection of acupoints and regular acupoints in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Methods 94 nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients from January 2016 to February 2017 in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method，and each group was 47 cases.The control group was used regular acupoints ， and the observation group was used differentiation and selection of acupoints.The clinical effect ， symptoms and pain in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment ，the clinical total effective rate and symptom improvement score in the observation group was respectively 93.62% and （±） points ， which was obvious higher than that in the control group [78.72% and ±） points] respectively ； the pain score in the observation group was （±） points ，which was lower than that in the control group [ （±） points] ， with significant difference （） .Conclusion Compared with regular acupoints，differentiation and selection of acupoints can improve the treatment effect of nerve root type cervical spondylosis，alleviate the pain degree of patients and it is worthy of clinical application.
