浅析 2014 年迪拜经济发展问题 摘 要 迪拜，作为阿联酋长国的城市，拥有着阿拉伯联合酋长国最多的人口，是 中东地区的经济和金融中心，中东最富裕的城市，在全球最富裕城市中也位居 前列。纵观近些年来，迪拜的经济状况，2012 年迪拜实际 GDP 为 3184 亿迪拉 姆（约合 867 亿美元），与 2011 年的 3049 亿迪拉姆（约合 830 亿美元）相比增 长约 4.4%，并且 2014 年迪拜经济进一步发展，政府收入达到 100.8 亿美元， 同比增长 13%，支出 103.2 亿美元，同比增长 11%，预算支出达到 2008 年金融 危机以来的最高。此外，迪拜成功申办 2020 年世博会。但是经济的发展也同时 伴随着经济问题的产生。本文通过，分析 2014 年迪拜的经济状况，对迪拜的实 际情况进行了分析，并且对其经济发展存在的问题进行梳理，分析其经济发展 带来的启示。 关键字：迪拜；经济发展；问题；对策 Abstract Dubai, as the United Arab Emirates long country city, with most of the Arabia United Arab Emirates population, the Middle East regions economic and financial center,the richest city in the Middle East, in the worlds most affluent city is also the forefront. Inrecent years, Dubais economic situation, the 2012 Dubai real GDP for 318400000000 dirhams ($86700000000), and in 2011 304900000000 dirhams ($83000000000) compared with the growth of about 4.4%, and in 2014 to further the development of Dubai economy,government revenues of $10080000000, a year-on-year growth of 13%, spending $10320000000, a year-on-year growth of 11%, the highest since the budget expenditure reached the 2008 financial crisis. In addition, Dubais successful bid to host the 2020 world expo. But economic development also is accompanied by economic problems. In this paper, through the analysis of the economic situation, Dubai in 2014, the actual situation of Dubai are analyzed, and the existing carding on the problem of economic development,analysis has its economic development enlightenment.
