公共建筑火灾风险评估及应用研究 摘 要 火灾风险评估的各种方法都具有一定的通用性。公共建筑火灾风险评 估是针对公共建筑或建筑群的火灾风险特点，结合火灾科学、系统工程、 消防安全工程以及其他相关科学理论进行的科学评估。本文火灾风险评估 所采用的方法选择了定性方法与定量方法相结合的原理，能够较为客观的 反映公共建筑的火灾风险的综合评估，并依据风险评估进行等级划分，评 估结果可以作为日常消防安全管理工作的依据或弥补现有消防系统中的不 足之处，并根据发现的问题有针对性的提出改善措施。 本文以消防安全工程和火灾科学作为研究工作的理论基础，结合公共 建筑引发火灾的规律和特点，通过采用模糊数学和层次分析法（AHP），综 合研究公共建筑的火灾风险评估问题。借助现有的研究著作和他人的前期 研究成果，建立了五级层次分析综合评价指标体系，使用 yaahp 分析软件 确定其权重；然后采用模糊综合评价的方法针对公共建筑进行火灾风险综 合评价研究。运用论文中已建立的指标体系以及模糊综合评价方法，对吉 林市某中等职业学校进行火灾风险综合评价研究认证。依照所得结论，提 出改善或加强该校消防安全管理的合理化建议。 关键词： 公共建筑，火灾，风险，风险评估，火灾风险，层次分析法，指标体系 RESEARCH ON FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT AND AN APPLICATION OF PUBLIC BULIDING ABSTRACT Fire risk assessment of the various ways of universality. the construction of fire risk assessment for public buildings or buildings fire with fire risk, science, the following, fire safety works ， other relevant scientific theory of scientific assessment. the fire risk assessment by the methods used for qualitativ ， quantitative method of combining principle, be more objective of the building of a fire risk assessment ， on the basis of risk assessment.
