PAGE PAGE 8 印制电路板外观检查机的设计研究 摘要：当前，客户对印制板外观品质的要求越来越严格。PCB外观稍微不注意就会引起产品报废而导致客户退货、索赔。而外观缺陷，不同客户有不同要求；外观缺陷由不同人检查得出的结果又总是有差异。解决PCB外观缺陷问题最好的方法是用PCB外观检查机检验。 这种高科技含量的外观检查机国外早在几年前已问世，国内近两三年开始起步。本文叙述外观检查机国内外发展现状与趋势，本机在设计上的难点、本机结构、工作原理、检查方法，以及本公司研发的外观机的应用概述及前景展望。 关键词: 印刷电路板 缺陷 外观检查 中图分类号： 文献标识码： 文章编号： The study of appearance inspection machine design using in the printed circuit board industry Abstract: Presently, customers are more and more strictly on the request of PCB’s appearance quality. If paying little attention to the appearance of PCB, it will cause the product end-of-life ,customer returns and the claims. For the appearance defect, different customers have different requests; and different person inspects the result always have differences. Solving the appearance defect of PCB question’s best method is using the appearance inspection of PCB to examine. This kind of high tech content appearance inspection in abroad has been published for several years, while the domestic has started about two or three years. This article describes the present development situation and the tendency of appearance inspection at home and abroad, and the designs on the difficulty, the structure, the principle of work, the inspection method, the application and prospect forecast of the appearance inspection which our company researches. KeyWords: PCB defect Appearance inspection 1 前言 随着通信、计算机、消费电子等产业的飞速发展，促进了印刷电路板(Printed Circuit Board ,PCB)产业的快速发展。国内外客户对线路板产品的要求越来越高，尤其是体现在外观的要求上。产品外观稍有不注意就会造成客户的退货和产品的报废。通常情况下，退货赔款为线路板价格的10～50倍之多，其中还包括元件费在内，线路板行业每年因为客户退货所造成的损失是无法估量的。目前引起线路板退货或产品报废的主要缺陷有：异物、露铜、补油不良、划伤、镀金不良、字符错误、绿油不均、焊盘不均匀、残铜、漏印等。人工检查本身就有自身的缺陷，主要体现在：检查人员的检查方法和态度上的差异；检查人员由于工作上的压力等原因造成工作的疲劳。这些往往都造成了不良品总存在于企业的生产活动中，对企业造成了极大的损失。另外一个重要的问题是目前线路板行业普遍使用的AOI﹝自动光学检查仪﹞仅仅能检查其内层板、线路的短路和开路等问题，而造成客户退货和产品报废主要原因的外层、外观、表面氧化等问题，却无法得到解决。研究外观检查机（以下文中简称外观机）能从根本上解决长期困扰PCB产品品质检查的系列问题，而且检查的准
