To identify employees who abuse uniforms and to encourages to be pround of their uniform. 确保将脏制服归还,同时发现滥用制服的员工,鼓励员工以自己的制服为骄傲。 Policy 政策: Procedure: 程序 Every employees has been supplied with two sets of uniforms, except for engineering, kitchen staff, stewarding and housekeeping. They have three sets of uniform as they are in charge of dirty job. 每位员工提供两套制服,工程部、厨房、管事部和客房部员工除外。他们的工作在较脏的区域,因此提供三套工装。 Exchange must be USED AGAINST CLEAN. When turning in uniform, employee must inform the uniform attendant of any need for tailoring, mending that is required (i.e. by filling up the uniform repair request placed at the uniform counter ) 布草服务员在接收工装时要检查所有的工装是否有破损并记录下损坏情况。同时在上交工装时,员工必须告诉制服方服务员有无需要修补的地方(如通过填写在工装发放台上的制服修补申请卡) Soiled uniforms are to be kept in uniform trolley and to be brought to Laundry at established times. 脏工装放在工装车里,在规定的时间送到洗衣房。 Employees are not permitted to exchange uniform with other employee without prior written authorizations from their department and /or PT. 未经部门和人事部的书面认可,员工不得与其他员工互换工装。 It is the employees responsibility to take good care of their uniform and keep it clean, any expense incurred due to careless damage, abuse or lose of uniforms and accessory item will be charged to the employee. 员工有责任照看好工装,保持其干净,由于不小心、错用或丢失工
