Abstract: How to detect sperm cells DNA from mixture stains quickly and accurately is a pressing problem which is widespread
concerned by forensic community. In this article, the principle and application of the MACS (Magnetic-activated Cell Sorting)
technology are introduced. Furthermore, the preparation method of immune beads and how the immune beads capture sperm are
discussed. And the application of immunomagnetic beads in forensic science is prospected.
