毕业设计（论文） 题目：我国民营企业社会保障问题研究 ——以千秋物业服务有限公司为例 我国民营企业社会保障问题研究 ——以千秋物业服务有限公司为例 摘要 我国民营企业正处于快速发展趋势，民营企业是我国社会经济的一个 重要力量。而民营企业的社会保障问题应该跟随着民营企业经济地位的提 升而不断地完善，这样才能够让民营企业为其员工提供良好的待遇，提高 员工积极性，以致于维持民营企业发展良好的态势。但现今民营企业的社 会保障问题仍处于滞后状态，在实际的运作过程中出现了一系列的问题， 阻碍了民营企业的进一步发展。本文从我国民营企业社会保障问题出发， 多方位地分析我国民营企业普遍存在问题和做出对应措施，而且结合千秋 物业服务有限公司的社会保障实例，针对性地分析该民营企业社会保障中 出现的问题，并提出相关意见和对策。 关键词：民营企业；社会保障；研究分析 RESEARCH ON THE SOCIAL SECURITY PROBLEMS OF PRIVATE ENTERPRISES IN CHINA —— TO QINQOU PROPERTY SERVICES CO. LTD AS AN EXAMPLE ABSTRACT Chinas private enterprises are in a trend of rapid development, the private enterprise is an important force in Chinas economic and social. And the social security problem of private enterprises should follow the economic status of the private enterprises improve and continue to improve, so that it can let the private enterprise to provide a good treatment for their employees, improve employee enthusiasm, so as to maintain the good momentum of the development of private enterprises. But are still lagging behind the social security problems of the private enterprises, in the actual operation process there are a series of problems, hindered the further development of private enterprises. In this paper, from the social security problem of private enterprise of our country, multi-faceted analysis of Chinas private enterprises common problems and make corresponding measures, and the combination of Qinqou property services limited social security as an example, based on the analysis of the private enterprise in the social security problems, and puts forward the relevant suggestions and countermeasures.
