摘 要 随着社会经济的飞速发展和人民生活理念的不断转变，生活水平的不断提高，人们 开始将越来越多的目光放在“住”上，因此对住宅的舒适性要求越来越高。这不仅体现 在对住房的要求上，而且体现在对其所在小区整体的环境要求上。我们的居住空间越来 越现代化，同时也越来越脱离了传统的生活方式， 城市居民越来越希望有个能放松心情、 恢复体力、舒适健康的环境，有一种“回归自然”，“还璞归真”的内在需要 。紧张繁 杂的城市生活，使得备受工作压力下的人们， 开始摒弃曾经对奢华都市生活的盲目追逐， 渴望生活在舒适，节能，回归自然的住宅中。 关键词： 规划设计；居住小区现状；理念；发展趋势 Abstract With the continuous change of the rapid development of social economy and peoples life idea, the continuous improvement of living standards, moreand more people begin to focus on the live, so the residential comfort requirements more and more high. This is not only reflected in the demand for housing, but also in the area where the overall environmental requirements. Our living space more and more modern, and more and more deviated from the traditional ways of life, more and more city residents hope one can relax, recover, comfortable and healthy environment, there is a kind of return to nature, internal needs also gives up affectation.
