LAB1 配置 nim server ____1. 安装几个需要的软件包 : bos.net.nfs.server bos.sysmgt.nim.master bos.sysmgt.nim.spot 在光驱中放入 server相应版本的 AIX 光盘 smit – Software Installation and Maintenance – Install and Update Software – Install Software，在 INPUT device / directory for software 中，输入 /dev/cd0 （图中有错），按回车 在SOFTWARE to install 中，按ESC,4，从列表中选择上面的三个软件 包，选好后，按回车 (可以按 /进行关键字查找 ,按ESC,7进行选定 ) 选好后，按回车进行安装 ____2. 设置 NIM master smitty nim -- Configure the NIM Environment -- Advanced Configuration -- Initialize the NIM Master Only 输入 Network Name以及Primary Network Install Interface ，完成后按回 车 ____3. 创建 lpp_source 资源 smitty nim -- Configure the NIM Environment -- Advanced Configuration -- Create Basic Installation Resources -- Create a New LPP_SOURCE only 输入安装源 /dev/cd0，以及 lpp_source的名称，例如 lpp_source_5304， 按回车继续 ____4. 创建 spot 资源 smitty nim -- Configure the NIM Environment -- Advanced Configuration -- Create Basic Installation Resources -- Create a New SPOT only 输入安装源 lpp_source_5304，以及SPOT的名称，例如 spot_5304，按 回车继续 ____5. 在NIM 中定义客户机 编辑 /etc/hosts，加入客户机 192.168.28.1x js21x (x对应组号 ) smitty nim -- Perform NIM Administration Tasks -- Manage Machines -- Define a Machine NIM Machine Name 中输入js21x ，按回车 cable Type 选tp ，完成后按回车 ____6. 准备客户机的安装 (如果不需要立刻安装客户机的话， 这步千万不要 做，尤其是客户机是已经在用的系统 ) smitty nim -- Perform NIM Software Installation and Maintenance Tasks -- Install and Update Software -- Install the Base Operating System on Standalone Clients 选择客户机 js21x
