I am Li Hua. I am sorry to trouble you but I am afraid that
I have to make a complaint. The reason why I write to you is
that the p r service of a waiter called Li Ming made me
dissatisfied.
I had already b ked/reserved a seat in advance a few days
ago, but it was he who forgot to keep the seat for me so I had t
wait outside for half an hour. In addition, I was not told that
the prices of some of the dishes had increased until I finished
my meal. Worse still, when I was ordering my dishes, he
couldn’t answer my questions patiently. The most astonishing
