Edited by Foxit PDF Editor Copyright (c) by Foxit Software Company, 2003 ? 2009 For Evaluation Only. 大型电除尘器设计 摘 要 大型电除尘器作为消烟除尘的生产设备和保护大气环境的环保设备，可广泛使 用于冶金、化工、电力、轻工，水泥和矿山等工业部门。本文设计的电除尘器主要 针对火电厂，设计过程中首先查阅了火电厂烟尘排放标准，并用火电厂排放的一般 粉尘的相关参数为依据设计电除尘器。本文对主要技术参数如电场风速、板间距、 线间距、驱进速度等进行了设计计算，并根据主要技术参数及相关文献技术资料， 设计了电除尘器的外形尺寸。 本文还进行了一般粉尘烟气条件下本体结构的设计，包括收尘级系统、电晕极 系统、烟箱系统、壳体系统、储卸灰系统等；设计说明了电除尘器的供电控制设备。 介绍并分析了电除尘器本体和供电控制方面的新技术，展望了电除尘器的未来发展， 为电除尘器的设计和运行提供了借鉴。利用三维设计造型软件Pro/e对本文设计的 电除尘器进行了造型。 关键词：电除尘器，总体设计，结构设计，三维造型 I 大型电除尘器设计 Abstract Large ESP is production equipment to eradicate smoke and dust;And as the environmental protection equipment to protect atmospheric environmental. It can be directly used in the industries of metallurgy chemicaK electricity cement mining and light industry,etc.In this paper,the ESP of design mainly on the power plants,and first inspection of the power plant smoke emission standards;Use the general dust parameters of fire power plant emissions in the design of ESP.Calculation has been proceed to the main technique parameter in text,such as the gas velocity,plate spacings^wire spacings,migration velocity and so on. According to the main technical parameters and relevant technical information of documents,design of the ESP Dimension. This paper also carried out the structure design under the conditions of the general dust smoke.including collecting class system, a system of Corona,smoke trunk system, Shell system,storage and unload systems and so on; Design and explain the supply control equipment of ESP.Some new technologies are also describe on ESP noumenon transform and power supply control.Development of the electrical precipitator is analyzed and expecte,these offers certain experience for the design and operation of electrostatic precipitator.Three-dimensional modeling software of Pro/e is used for the design of a form of ESP on this paper.
