钢厂锅炉环保设备的设计 摘 要 随着现代社会经济的高度进展，环境 问题越来越成为大家关注的问题，环境污染不仅影响人 日益受到 视，排放控制要求越来越高。近年来，袋式除尘器技术进展迅速类的生活同时也影响 整个地球的生态进展和平衡，所以烟气粉尘排放污染问题，滤料及配件性能不断地提高，滤袋的 使用寿命得到延长，袋式除尘器适用性越来越广，在 电力、水泥、钢铁、冶金和化工等行 得到普 遍应用。在工 烟尘治理过程，与静 电除尘相比，在一些比 电阻高、颗粒微细、成分特别的粉尘场 合，选用袋式除尘器可以保证烟气高效、稳定、微量排放。所以袋式除尘器是一种较理想的高效 除尘设备，其排放浓度可以实现≤5- 50mg/Nm3。脉冲喷吹袋式除尘器（也称管式低压脉冲除尘器）该技术是2世纪80年代初从瑞典菲 达公司引进的，近二十多年来，已经成为国内生产脉冲袋式除尘器所有厂家的主导产品，是目前 世界上应用最成功的布袋除尘技术，已经成功运行在钢铁、水泥、化工、机械等行 。本文的主要 任务就是设计一个包括脉冲式袋式除尘器在内的除尘系统。 关键词 ：锅炉除尘 袋式除尘器 脉冲式 环保 Abstract With the high development of modern society and economy, environmental problems have become more and more peoples concern.
