The paper also discussed the major elements affecting the quality of real estate projects. There is a unity of opposites in the quality of the project, the cost of the project and the lasting time of the project. The related persons played an important role in the process of quality management. Researching on the basic methods of the real estate projects management, the paper stressed that data analysis in the application of quality management, work breakdown structure in the project quality management, process management and team-building played an important role. The paper also stressed that the quality of the real estate companys management is based on the enhanced control of management ,which the design units, the (general) package units, the project management companies and other cooperation are mature and have the basis of management capabilities .On the other hand，the paper gave a conclusion that the implementation of the proposed effort, management for the details, and continuous improvement are three swords of the quality management in real estate projects.
