自动洗车机设计 学院： 专业： 年级: 指导老师： 学生姓名： 日期： 摘要 本文PLC的课程设计采用西门子S7-300PLC来实现自动洗车机的自动清洗任务。 并利用Microsoft Visi。绘图工具，进行主电路图、I/O接线图和流程图的绘制，最后利 用SIMATIC Manager编程软件完成梯形图的程序设计。在老师的指导下，对PLC的编 程程序进行仿真和调试。 本次设计中，自动洗车控制系统采用了四个输入信号(I0GI0.3),八个输出信号 (QO. 0-Q0. 7)o其中喷水、刷子动作和喷洒洗洁剂等电动机的运行由PLC的程序控制执 行。自动洗车机启动后能按顺序完成要求动作，结束后自行停止，若断电停止在得电后 不会自行启动，用PLC实现了洗车的自动化。PLC的程序设计和编程文中选择西门子S7- 300型PLC进行操作，该型号西门子为中小型，有着模块化结构、易于实现分布式的配 置以及性价比高等优点，有助于本文设计实现。 关键词：自动洗车机，西门子S7—300 , PLC设计 Abstract In this paper, the cumculum design of PLC using SIEMENS S7-300PLC to acliieve automatic cleaning tasks of automatic car wasliing machine. And the use of Visio Microsoft di-awing tools, the main circuit diagram, I O wiring diagram and flow chart drawing, and finally use Manager SEvIATIC programming software to complete the ladder diagram of the program design. Under the guidance of the teacher, the PLC programming procedures for simulation and debugging. In this design, the automatic car washing control system uses four input signals (10.0-10.3), eight output signals (Q0.0-Q0.7). Among them, the operation of the motor, such as water spray, bmsh movement and spraying detergent, is controlled by the program of PLC. Automatic car washing machine after the start can be completed in order to complete the requiiements of the action, after the end of its own stop, if the power is stopped after the electricity will not start automatically, with PLC to achieve the automatic car wash. PLC progiam design and programming in this paper choose Siemens S7-300 PLC operation, the Siemens model for small and medium size, module stmctiire, easy to realize distributed configuration and price advantages, may lead to the design.
