论德利钢铁集团的筹资危险与防范 摘 要 企业筹资是为了扩大生产经营规模, 提高经济效益。但由于市场存在着诸多不稳定因素, 企业之间的存在着某 竞争关系,导致筹集到的资金不能发挥最大作用，由此产生筹资危险。筹资 危险不单单只会造成损失，还会带来收益，使企业获得更多的周转资金，是一种双刃剑性质的危险 。由于筹资可以给企业带来一定的好处，所以，大对数企业仍然会采 筹措资金的方式来达到持续 经营的目的。本文主要基于实践情况和文献研究两种方法所获得的信息,对德利集 团所拥有的内部 条件和所处的外部环境进行筹资分析，指出了德利钢铁集团的筹资问题，通过经营危险，决策危险 ，利率危险，财务危险，市场危险五个方面指出了集团存在的危险，针对这些危险从内部因素和外 部环境分析出德利集团产生危险的原因，并提出了相应的解决对策以缓解德利集团筹资危险较高， 筹资难的问题。 关键词 ：德利钢铁集团；筹资危险；危险分析；控制措施 ABSTRACT Enterprise financing is to expand the scale of production and operation, improve economic efficiency. However, due to the changing market situation, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, so that the use of funds to raise funds has a lot of uncertainty, resulting in financing risk. The financing risk not only can cause damage, hinder the development of economy, or a speculative risk, will enable enterprises to gain more working capital, profit and loss risk coexist. So, a large number of enterprises still used the financing way to achieve the purpose of sustainable management. In this paper, two methods based on practice and literature research the information, the deli group with the internal conditions and the external environment for analysis of financing, pointed out the financing of Deli iron and Steel Group, through business risk, decision risk, interest rate risk, financial risk, market risk pointed out groups, there is a risk, for these risks from internal factors and external environment analysis of the deli group risk, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to alleviate the deli group financing higher risk, financing difficult problem.
