论责任会计在HR企业中的应用
摘 要
近年来,我国发生了巨大的改变,经济结构进行了转变。公司如果想在纷乱繁杂的市场中生存
下来, 键就在于不断提升自身的治理能力,寻求多种高效途径来实现利益最大化。责任会计的出
现就很好的解决了这一问题,分权治理的需求得到保证,并且显示了会计信息系统,表明白责任会
计是一种高效的治理,并且是实施者。
本文讲述责任会计的相关理论,阐明责任会计在公司中不可替代的地位。文章以HR企业为例
进行分析,提出了企业在运用责任会计时遇到的相 问题,并逐一分析,针对HR企业目前所存在问
题,给予了相关的解决政策。并且根据HR企业的实际情况,制定了责任会计机制,推动了该企业经
济效益的提升,促进了企业经济的进展。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, great changes have taken place in our country, the economic structure
transformation.Company if you want to survive in a sprawling complex market, the key is to continuously
improve its management ability, to seek a variety of effective ways to maximize interests.The emergence
of responsibility accounting is very good to solve the problem, decentralized management of demand
guarantee, and shows the accounting information system, shows the responsibility accounting is a kind of
efficient management, and the perpetrators.
This article narrates the theory of liability accounting and clarifies the irreplaceable status of
responsible accounting in the company. The analysis based on HR enterprise as an example, the
enterprises encounter when applying the responsibility accounting related issues, and one by one analysis,
existed problems, for HR business gave the solution of the relevant policies. Based on the actual situation
of HR enterprises, the responsibility accounting mechanism has been developed, which has promoted the
economic benefit of the enterprise and promoted the development of the enterprise economy.
