一、评估、代卖
客户要求评估房屋,连锁店审核评估条件:房本、产权证、还迁协议、商品房合同等房屋权属证明原件,房主身份证原件。不具备评估条件的不得上网评估。不是本人到场的,代理人需提供身份证原件。
客户自称房屋已经做过评估,连锁店需在网上查明评估时间,若评估时间超过3个月的期限,必须重新作评估。连锁店不得未上网
