电子商务在外贸企业运用中的机遇和挑战 ———————————————————————————————— 作者： ———————————————————————————————— 日期： 毕业设计〔论文〕 题目：电子商务在外贸企业运用中的机遇和挑战 商贸 系 商务英语 专业 学生姓名： XX 指导教师： XX 二〇一二年五月 摘 要 电子商务作为一种全新的商务模式，虽然在全球范围的蓬勃开展只是近十年的事情，但是它已经对传统的经济活动起了十分深远的影响。随着国际互联网的不断拓展和日益成熟，电子商务在全世界兴起并迅猛开展，谁能先进入 E-C 应用领域并掌握其技术，谁就能进入国际市场，占据较多的市场份额。而传统商务由于存在太多的弊端，已不能胜任时下条件下的贸易环境，电子商务成为未来商业的开展新方向。世界各国、WTO及其它一些世界性经济组织对电子商务的开展都相当的关注。最为突出的是，电子商务对于企业扩大贸易时机、提高贸易效率、降低贸易本钱、增强企业竞争力有着不可估量的作用。同时，电子商务推动企业积极参与国际贸易，越来越多的企业开场利用电子商务获取新的贸易时机。可以说，电子商务已经成为了21世纪世界经济的新增长点，成为了主导国际贸易以及经济开展的关键要素。 关键词：外贸企业；电子商务；机遇；挑战 ABSTRACT As a new business model, electronic commerce rises rapidly in the global world for a decade, but it has a far-reaching impact to the traditional economic activities. With the constant expansion and mature of the Internet, the electronic commerce rises all over the world and develops rapidly, who can go into E-C application fields and master the technology, that can enter the international market and occupy more market share. As there are too many drawbacks on traditional business, nowadays it has not adapted to the trade environment, e-commerce has become a new direction of future business development. The development of electronic commerce is concerned by the whole world, WTO and some other world economic organizations. The most outstanding is, e-commerce plays an immeasurable role for companies to expand their trade opportunities, improve the trade efficiency, lower trade cost, strengthen the competitive power of enterprise. At the same time, it takes the enterprise to take an active part in international trade. Enterprises in mounting numbers started to use electronic business for the new trade opportunities. In conclusion, e-commerce has become a new increasing point of the world economy in the 21st century that to lead international trade and to be the key point of economic development.
