中国矿业大学 2011 届本科生毕业设计 摘 要 本设计包括两个部分：一般部分、专题部分 一般部分为屯兰矿 500 万 t/a 新井设计。主采煤层为 3 号煤、2 号煤，平 均倾角为 3°，煤层平均总厚为 11.13m。井田地质条件较为简单。 井田工业储量为 68655 万 t ，矿井可采储量47912 万 t 。矿井服务年限为 3 3 68.45a，涌水量不大，矿井正常涌水量为200m /h ，最大涌水量为 360m /h 。 3 井田中各煤层瓦斯含量一般小于 0.5cm /g ，属低瓦斯矿井。各煤层均无煤尘 爆炸危险。各煤层均属不自燃发火煤层。 井田为双立井单水平开拓。大巷采用胶带运输机运煤，辅助运输采用矿 车运输。矿井通风方式为混合式通风，前期中央风井回风，后期带区风井回 风。 矿井年工作日为 330d，工作制度为“ 四六”制。 一般部分共包括 10 章：1.矿区概述及井田地质特征；2.井田境界和储量； 3.矿井工作制度及设计生产能力、服务年限；4.井田开拓；5.准备方式-带区 巷道布置；6.采煤方法；7.井下运输；8.矿井提升；9.矿井通风与安全技术； 10.矿井基本技术经济指标。 专题部分题目是《炮采工作面高产高效技术研究》 第 1 页 中国矿业大学 2011 届本科生毕业设计 ABSTRACT This design includes of three parts: the general part, special subject part and translated part. The designed productive capacity is 5 million tons percent year.The three and two is the main coal seam, and its dip angle is 3 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 11.13m in all. The proved reserves of the minefield are 686.55 million tons.The recoverable reserves are 465.62 million tons., and the service life of the mine is 66.52 years. The normal flow of the mine is 200m3 percent hour and the max 3 flow of the mine is 360 m percent hour. The mineral well gas gushes less than 3 0.5cm /g, for low gas mineral well.All the coal seam do not have the danger of explor, or burn by itself. The mine farmland is a single level in an inclined well to expand. The mine farmland signs the single level of well to expand for the double.The mine lane adopts the tape
