珠三角地区民营企业文化建设研究 摘 要 改革开放后，我国民营企业快速成长，并逐渐向珠三角地区聚集。作为核心 竞争力的企业文化，成为了众多民营企业面临的一个突出的问题，优秀的企业文 化是推动企业发展的强大动力。笔者通过文献调查法、案例分析法和比较研究法， 了解了企业文化的相关理论并查阅了我国民营企业文化建设的相关研究。结合当 地的文化和发展现状，总结目前珠三角地区民营企业在企业文化建设方面存在的 问题，并在此基础上提出建议和对策。 关键词： 民 营 企 业 ； 企 业 文 化 ； 企 业 文 化 建 设 ； 珠 三 角 地 区 I Research on The Cultural Construction of Private Enterprises in The Pearl River Delta Abstract After the reform and opening up, private enterprises in China have grown rapidly and gradually gathered in the Pearl River Delta. As the core competitiveness of corporate culture, has become a prominent problem faced by many private enterprises, excellent corporate culture is a strong driving force to promote the development of enterprises. Through the methods of literature survey, case analysis and comparative study, the author has understood the relevant theories of corporate culture and consulted the relevant research on the construction of private enterprise culture in China. Combined with the current situation of local culture and development, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the construction of corporate culture of private enterprises in the Pearl River Delta, and puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures on this basis.
