医患关系背景下医疗人员工作压力的现状及其对策 研究 ——以汕头市珠池医院为例 内 容 摘 要 现如今社会，医疗行业医患关系紧张，在这一社会背景下，医疗人员的工作 压力始终成为热议的话题以及需要改善的问题。医疗人员工作压力的现状，不仅 能影响到医疗行业的形象及其发展，更能影响到患者的就医体验。因此，运用调 查问卷等方法，选取汕头市珠池医院作为具体调查对象，针对该院的医疗人员， 对工作压力的现状做一个整体调查，从医疗人员自身的角度反映出医疗行业从业 人员在医患关系紧张的背景下，存在的工作压力现状及分析存在的问题，提出缓 解医疗人员工作压力的相关建议。 关键词：医疗人员；工作压力；影响因素；对策建议 I Study on the current situation and countermeasures of working pressure of medical personnel under the background of doctor- patient relationship -- a case study of shantou zhuchi hospital Abstract In todays society, the doctor-patient relationship in the medical industry is tense.
