我国玩具产业应对国外技术性贸易壁垒问题研究 内 容 摘 要 自从我国加入WTO 后，生产力水平不断提高，玩具产业也是如此，我国玩具出口 排名世界第一。但随着贸易保护主义盛行，各国颁布越来越多关于技术性贸易壁垒限 制性条款去限制商品贸易。例如近些年来频繁发生的 “玩具召回”事件，影响着我玩 具产业的长远发展。 本文将会分成四章，第一章是绪论,介绍玩具出口研究的背景、研究的目的和意义, 研究内容和方法,国内外玩具的发展情况；第二章是从中国的玩具产业目前的出口情况 出发，介绍中国玩具产业发展情况,出口的概况,以及今天玩具产业所面临的贸易技术 壁垒,分析当今的玩具产业对外发展所遭遇的瓶颈；第三章以欧盟、美国为例，从他们 颁布的技术性限制条款的法规来分析，分析对我国玩具产业的影响；第四章从不同的 主体提出我国的玩具产业在面对技术性贸易壁垒的限制时的可行性措施，分别从政府、 玩具协会、企业三个主体去制定策略；第五章则对全文做出总结。 关键词：技术性贸易壁垒；玩具出口；影响；策略 I Research on Chinas Toy Industry Dealing with Foreign Technical Barriers to Trade Abstract After Chinas accession to the WTO, the level of productivity continues to increase, as does the toy industry.
