黄蓉-成都捷安特物流系统规划研究-推优修改版 ———————————————————————————————— 作者： ———————————————————————————————— 日期： 成都捷安特物流系统规划研究 专业：物流管理 学生：黄蓉 指导教师：李跃宇 摘 要 我国作为自行车生产和消费大国，自行车不管对我们的经济的开展，还是对我们的生活都有较大的影响。特别是作为自行车升级产品电动自行车的出现成为了新世纪促进我国经济开展的新增长点。但是随着市场竞争的加剧、资源紧缺问题、以及电动自行车涉及的环境污染等问题的出现都让自行车制造企业的生存压力。物流作为企业的第三利润源泉是提高企业效益的重要手段，而物流系统规划是做好物流管理的根底和核心。所以，本文站在物流系统规划的角度，结合物流规划理论实际，对成都捷安特自行车的物流系统规划进展了研究。 本文将自行车生产企业的物流系统分为了三局部：采购物流系统、生产物流系统和配送物流系统。其中，采购物流系统和配送物流系统是本文的重点论述对象。综述了自行车生产销售的特点以及物料流动的特点。再根据该特点以及成都捷安特的开展现状分别对采购物流规划理论、配送物流规划理论进展了归纳总结以及使用实例设计出成都捷安特的采购物流和配送物流系统。 关键词： 自行车行业 采购物流系统 配送物流系统 Logistics System Planning Study Of GIANT (ChengDu) Co., Ltd Major: Logistics management Author: Huang Rong Supervisor: Li Yueyu Abstract China is a big country at bike production and consumption, bike has a great affect to our life and our economic development. Especially the emergence of electric bicycles as a bike upgrade becomes the new growth promoting the economic development of in the new century. But as competition intensifies, resource shortages, and electric bicycles are all involved in environmental issues for the survival of bicycle manufacturing. Logistics as a third source of profit is an important means to improve their efficiency. The Logistics system planning is the foundation and core. Therefore, this paper stand point of the logistics system planning, logistics planning theory combined with practical, on the Chengdu Giant bicycle planning the logistics of the system were studied.  This paper will be a bike manufacturer in the logistics system is divided into three parts: procurement logistics, production logistics and distribution logistics. Among them, the procurement of logistics and distribution logistics system is the focus on this target. This paper presented the characteristics of bicycle sales and material flow characteristics.
