Methods: Vi Hospitl Informtion System，the consumption nd the price of the ntimicrobil gents were obtined nd nlyzed. Results: During the first three qurters in 20XX，21 vrieties of ntimicrobil gents used in the hospitl ccounted for 27.63% of the totl vrieties of the ntionl essentil ntimicrobil gents，nd 31 ccounted for 40.79% of the vrieties of the Shnghi essentil ntimicrobil gents in terms of consumption sum. Conclusion: The consumption of the essentil ntimicrobil gents in this hospitl ws not stisfctory. It is urgent to tke close control of the use of such non-essentil gents s penicillins nd minoglycosides.  Key Words ntionl essentil drugs；ntimicrobil gents；drug usge nlysis  目前，全球已有160多个GJ制定了本国的基本药物目录，其中105个GJ制定和颁布了GJ基本药物政策。随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入，20XX年8月18日GJ卫生部等九部委联合公布了《关于建立GJ基本药物制度的实施意见》、《GJ基本药物目录治理办法（暂行）》和《GJ基本药物目录（基层医疗卫生机构配备使用部分）》（20XX版）（以下简称为20XX版《基本药物目录》），标志着GJ基本药物制度正式实施。市基本药物目录以含307种药物的全国基本药物目录为基础，增加了符合经济进展水平和市民用药习惯的381种基本药物（其中包括236种西药和145种中成药），即市基本药物总数为688种。还规定，基层医疗卫生机构用药限定在基本药物目录内，同时对基本药物执行不加价的零差率销售政策。本文对我院基本药物中抗微生物药物的使用情况进行统计分析，以观察基本药物的普及情况并对市基本药物目录和GJ基本药物目录作一比较。  1 资料与方法  1.1 资料  通过《医院信息系统》收集我院20XX年前3个季度所有药物的出库数量和金额。  1.2 方法  筛选出全部抗微生物药物，按照20XX版《基本药物目录》的顺序进行分类排序，分别计算各类抗微生物药物在GJ基本药物目录和市基本药物目录中所占品种数和百分比。  2 结果  2.1 我院使用的抗微生物药物基本药物情况  我院抗微生物药物出库量占全部抗微生物药物GJ基本药物的27.63%，金额百分比为17.26%；占全部抗微生物药物市基本药物的40.79%，金额百分比为23.22%（表1）。  2.2 我院
