PAGE PAGE 31 吉安恒大帝景项目施工现场危险源辨识与控制措施 摘要 我国的建筑事业在经济建设中起到举足轻重的地位，楼盘的修建在当今生活中也已经日渐增多，成为经济建设强有力的基础设施。当今的建筑施工中仍然存在安全问题，对于国家的法律和条例，项目实施过程中仍然不是很全面，在施工过程中，不但要加强施工成本、施工进度、施工质量对施工安全的协调，更要对施工的危险因素进行严格的控制。 本文以吉安恒大帝景项目施工作为研讨对象，介绍了吉安恒大帝景项目的工程基本情况、施工流程和施工设备等工程概况，简单说明了本项目施工现场有关人、物、管理和环境的安全现状和问题。通过本次项目施工的实际情况，运用经验分析法对本项目施工存在的危险源进行辨识，运用作业条件危险性分析法对桩基工程、脚手架工程、模板工程、混凝土工程和临时用电进行危险性分析，运用事故树分析法对脚手架坍塌事故进行危险性分析，并运用鱼刺图分析法对临时用电触电事故进行着重分析。根据实际情况，从安全技术方面、安全管理方面、安全教育方面和环境改善方面采取有效的控制措施，大大减小了安全事故的产生几率，一定程度上保障了人们生命财富安全，有效的控制和消除了安全隐患。 关键词：施工现场；安全现状；危险源辨识；危险性分析；控制措施 ABSTRACT Construction enterprise occupies a decisive position in the building of China’s economic. With the increasing construction of real estate, it has become a powerful infrastructure in today’s economic development. However, due to an imperfect legal system and a defective statutory framework, there are still security issues remaining in the process of building construction. Therefore, people should not only strengthen the coordination between the cost, progress, quality of construction and its safety, but also control the risk factors of construction strictly. In this paper, based on the construction project of the Great King Jian Heng for research object, it introduces the project profile of the Great King Jian Heng, such as its basic situation, construction process and equipment. In addition, a brief description about the current situation and existed problems of the relevant person, physical, and environmental management related with the project site was mentioned. According to the actual situation of the project construction, it identifies the hazard existed in the construction program by applying empirical analysis. Otherwise, risk analysis was conducted in the pile foundation project, scaffolding work, template engineering, concrete work and temporary electricity utilization by the analytical method of LEC.
