University days are the best part of them We can never forget the days when I stepped into our university. We was impressed by its garden-like campus, its enthusiastic students，its learning atmosphereand so on.. Now we will leave the campus and we need an activity to commemorate the days that we spent on the cam，pu so we decided to hold a graduation ceremony .Our group has 5 members in all,after discuss，ingwe divided the work into five parts in detail, as follows: Qiruijing As the leader of the group, she take the responsibility of the activity. She communicates with the mumbers in time, supervise the impliment of the status and ensure to fulfill the goal, and summatize the whole task fin ally。At the same time ,she should complete the general introduction of the task. Wuya She need to accomplish the feasibility report of our task.In the report,she should introduce the background,the cost,the resource and infrastructure,the significance and so on. Through out his report,we will dicide the activity feasible or not. Lilinru Her assigment is to complete the strategic plan.Though out her plan,we should know the vision,mission ,goals,and identification of strategy options,so we can complete the whole activity smoothly. Zhangying She need to write out the operation plans,especially the human resource plan and the markting plan should be introduced carefully.Then she can describe the sponsorship plan,the finacial plan,the logistics plan in a nutshell.She write the operation plans with LiuQingyu.Her point is the control systems,the ri
